Two Exhibitor Tables Remain Open For
SMC Industry Days 2011
May 10-12, 2011
SMC Industry Days has a limited number of exhibit spaces for the three days of the conference. The space for approximately nine tables will be made available to businesses wishing to communicate about their involvement with military space or the aerospace industry. Approximately 400 SMC and aerospace industry contractor personnel are expected to attend, so this is an opportunity to network as you preview your company capabilities or unique abilities to a wide range of organizations and people.
Exhibit space will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis to small businesses until April 19; then any remaining exhibitor space will be open to all applicants. The fee for an exhibit table is $750 and includes one registration for the conference. All exhibits must fit on top of or within the space of a 6 ft x 2.5 ft table.

Exhibit set-up and break-down is through the Grand Ballroom entrance to the hotel. Please note that the times shown above are subject to change. Contact Bob Marohn or Jim Grogan for a confirmed schedule. Please make sure your exhibit is manned during all conference breaks and do not leave valuables at your exhibit!
